导师辨识特征：山东人学术水平：在探索路线设计理论和新技术方面非常有见地科研经费：科研经费中规中矩，基本维持正常研究没有问题学生补助：基本在路线方向中等水平，不太高也不低师生关系：关心学生个人发展特别是修养工作时间：不打卡，要求还是比较严格学生前途：允许实习，能推荐的地方也会认真推荐。
