自证认识导师：导师学生学术水平：杨老师非常优秀，学术绝对严谨负责科研经费：科研项目很多。学生补助：学校的常规标准。师生关系：相当融洽，很多事情会从学生的角度出发。工作时间：不要求加班，学生周六一般自主加班。学生前途：允许实习，会给学生的工作提出参考建议。
