导师辨识特征：戴眼镜，办公室在自动化学科楼3楼，笑眯眯对学术严谨，对学生负责快毕业的学生都说，到毕业的时候就体会到课题组的好，毕业毫无压力学术水平：站在学术前沿，学术型导师认真细致给学生改论文科研经费：对学生有补贴经费充足学生补助：尊重学生，关爱学生不卡学生毕业，帮助毕业毕业后的师兄师姐都说老师好，对毕业帮助很大师生关系：技术型课题组，学生都能找到好工作，移动、中电信、兴或者读博
