导师辨识特征：导师性格和蔼可亲，对学生关怀备至。学术水平：实验室科研氛围很浓郁，德国留学经历，方向是关于ABA作用通路的研究也发了不少好文章而且基本每天都来实验室，风雨无阻多是在关注行业前沿。科研经费：经费充足，想做的都能满足学生补助：补助大概硕士额外一年一千多，博士更多师生关系：师生关系良好，平易近人，需要自己去找他进行沟通工作时间：无打卡要求学生前途：前途有留本实验室继续深造的，有工作的，前途也算挺好。刻意延毕现象无
