导师辨识特征：导师性格很随和，对学生也不错，没有什么槽点学术水平：生物打印和增材制造，个人感觉现在多少有点没落…… 学生补助：每两周开一次组会，氛围不错，开会的压力也没那么大，缺点是导致我有点咸鱼师生关系：不仅允许实习，还帮我找了实习，实习一年摸鱼老师也没说啥（狗头）
