导师辨识特征：有机合成方向，专注于方法学学术水平：有Science，看上去挺厉害的师生关系：连续两年有三名学生转出，口碑很差，因为叶柏华本人为人刻薄，扣工资，骂学生，不让学生好好上课。他自己自称为“恶魔”，不是学生起的外号，他自己这么说的。连续两年也招不到博后，目测在物质学院混不下去
