学术水平：脱离学术，基本不做学术，但是要求特别高，想到一出是一出科研经费：除了啃老本几个项目，没什么钱学生补助：出差能扣则扣，不管什么活都要你两三天干完师生关系：放养式，什么也不管，做不到他要的就会骂工作时间：他需要你的时候你必须在学生前途：基本找不到工作，转行或者公务员
