导师辨识特征：工作超级勤奋，热衷学术 学术水平：学术水平高，第一作者sci几十篇 科研经费：基金为主，经费充足 师生关系：对学生要求严格，基本都会要求发表sci，会亲身为学生定好所有方向并指导。 工作时间：时间较为自由，不打卡 学生前途：方向是刀具，属于机械材料交叉学科。不过机械属于万金油专业，硕士毕业什么单位都可以去，转行IT略吃亏。
