导师辨识特征：于老师，对学生教学非常认真负责，要求严格。很关心学生。是真心专注教学的导师。平时对我们也很亲切。 学术水平：跟着老师学习，对自己的专业提升很大。学术水平很好，没有什么好挑剔的。
