自证认识导师：MC106 学术水平：学术水平很高，对切削加工，镀层技术，机床动力学都有很深的造诣 科研经费：常年有项目支撑，对科研也舍得投入 学生补助：该发的钱都会正常发，从不克扣学生的钱 师生关系：对学生特别好，保研学生都喜欢报考袁老师，外校学生只有前几名才有机会到袁老师名下读书。 工作时间：正常科研工作，不压榨学生的休息时间 学生前途：真心实意为学生考虑前景。
