袁强，长期不做科研不看论文，粗暴干涉学生科研方向，固执己见拒绝讨论。 并且有非常明显的直男癌倾向，非常看不起女学生。 讲课水平很差，只会对着word文档念。不会编程，代码都是一个大四的学生给写的。
