导师辨识特征：女，江苏南京人学术水平：袁老师的科研水平非常的高，作为杰青，长江学者，其主持过的科研项目也是非常多的科研经费：经费还是比较充实吧，还好还好学生补助：有补助但是会因为一些原因扣留，比如写不出文章… 师生关系：南航出了名的严格！！！工作时间：一天四遍打卡，而且与补助挂钩学生前途：一般是自己找工作，延期的学生是有的，继续深造比较有优势
