导师辨识特征：和学生像兄弟一样挺好的，给人很轻松的感觉学术水平：支持学生发论文，组内gpu有20多块，小组里面算很多的了科研经费：挺足的学生补助：没明说，大概一个月有500 师生关系：尊重学生。十分nice 工作时间：不打卡，靠自觉学生前途：允许实习，前途主要看自己的能力吧
