导师辨识特征：湖南人，圆脸学术水平：组里的博士和博后都挺能发paper的科研经费：招了很多博后和博士，经费挺充足的学生补助：没有，博后工资水平中低师生关系：好多课题都是做项目的，杂活挺多，比较push，尖酸，不过学生毕业找工作还是挺帮忙的工作时间：比较忙，还好学生前途：组里能发paper的挺多，基本上都能回国找到不错的教职
