导师辨识特征：特聘研究员，逸夫科技创新楼办公学术水平：学术还是很牛的，很有想法，出文章速度和档次都不错科研经费：经费充裕，药品和测试都不限制学生补助：正常水平师生关系：师生关系融洽，老师脾气很好，基本不push 工作时间：工作时间相对比较自由，一周六天，能给及时的指导，大家自觉性也都很高学生前途：会为想做科研的学生日后工作出谋划策
