自证认识导师：在中科院水生生物所的藻类生长与发育学科组，3号楼2层202室学术水平：一般般吧，据我所知，到2015年就只有1篇一作是这个老师科研经费：还行吧学生补助：比上不足比下有余师生关系：实验室管理比较严，整个实验室气氛比较压抑，每个人的压力都比较大工作时间：要求996制，周六还要开组会，反正是比较累得。学生前途：主要靠自己哦
