学术水平：在众多平淡无奇的导师中属于正常的垃圾，没啥学术水平科研经费：毕竟是官大，升官了给的钱多了，然而科研经费又不是学生的钱。学生补助：很少很少，当成不存在吧师生关系：骂学生很正常，很会给你脸色，动不动吓唬你开除你，也不知道真的假的，非常苛刻工作时间：从早到晚，晚上不在不查岗可以不去，没有固定时间，但是他在你不在就不行学生前途：实习可以，毕业以后干化学是没有出路，锻炼不出学术素养，毕竟天天混官场没时间搞学术
