导师辨识特征：台湾人，海洋法大佬，之前在山大法学院，18年加入大连海事法学院 学术水平：科研与授课都很棒，年均至少5篇C刊或SSCI 科研经费：经费充足，项目很多 师生关系：融洽！对学生很好，之前在山大法学院被誉为“对学生最好的导师”。 学生前途：学术界、实务界都有吧，张老师鼓励大家读博，对做律师、考公务员的同学也很支持。
