导师辨识特征：新材料的老师，实验室在一层，为人很好，说话爽快，有什么都会明说 学术水平：年轻的副研究员，一年发很多篇二区以上文章 科研经费：支持学生做实验发文章，经费不少，项目不缺 学生补助：除了学校发的，给学生每个月好几百(是材料院和新材院最多的之一) 师生关系：应该是最好的理想导师，可遇不可求 工作时间：不会压榨学生，时间比较自由 学生前途：一般都不会实习吧，读博找工作都非常好(不过材料专业找的工作都不太好)
