导师辨识特征：某中部省份大型预制板厂偶遇学术水平：西南混凝土第一人的水平吧，前言课题，高性能混凝土研究颇有心得。科研经费：经费充足，只是试验比较多。学生补助：看情况，试验多的话，补助可能是负数。师生关系：管理有方，善于激发潜能。工作时间：看情况，时长时短。学生前途：允许实习，甚至能安排一些不是很理想的工作。
