学术水平：沈阳药科大毕业的，日本留学回国。做的是有机合成，水平还是很好的科研经费：横向课题多，经费自然多。学生补助：平均水平师生关系：有杂活，看你怎么想，其实没什么学生前途：一般都是工作了，他也有学生毕业了去读博，然后回来当老师的(周志旭老师，人很赞)
