导师辨识特征：岩化楼系主任，岩化楼二楼办公。基本无科研能力，完全靠天马行空的想象，基础不扎实，很多想法不现实。思维落后。 学术水平：根本不知道科研前沿在哪 科研经费：有一定经费，但是套现。 学生补助：400 师生关系：师生关系好，略有怨言主要是对于其学术水平不满以及满嘴跑火车。 工作时间：早八晚四 学生前途：完全靠自己。
