自证认识导师：育贤楼1楼学术水平：开始研究拖拉机，一直研究压力机，比学生来得早，回去的晚。科研经费：国家基金充足，横向不足学生补助：随缘师生关系：尊重学生，和学生谈心，幽默风趣，常和学生在学生食堂吃饭工作时间：学生无固定时间，不需要打卡学生前途：毕业出去找工作，不进行继续深造。老师帮学生找工作。
