导师辨识特征：同济风工程，博士毕业为巅峰水平，硕士期间一般不会让学生发论文，慎重学术水平：雪方面搞得挺好的，其他方向不太行科研经费：项目很多，经常让学生做项目学生补助：200 经常不发？师生关系：表面笑嘻嘻心里MMP？喜欢招女学生？？工作时间：听说不要求硬性打卡，但是科研搞得不好，就天天找你学生前途：没有前途
