导师辨识特征：办公室：土木楼1011 学术水平：国家级专家，学术水平很高，关键是愿意抽大量时间和学生讨论 科研经费：业界专家，项目经费不愁 学生补助：在学院算很多的了 师生关系：很和蔼，关心学生，很少严厉批评，有什么特殊情况也好说话 工作时间：很少查岗，全凭自觉，但是定期会要求汇报进展，比较人性化 学生前途：努力就好找工作，不努力去哪都一样
