导师辨识特征：最近实验做得怎么样啊？ 学术水平：朱老师世界氧化脱硫专家，学术能力很棒，国家优青 科研经费：老朱拿项目多，科研经费足 学生补助：硕士比较少，因为人多，博士会多一点 师生关系：朱老师对学生挺好的，很和蔼。 工作时间：早八晚十，休一，也不是硬性的，大环境在那呢 学生前途：毕业找工作很难啊，做催化剂的，外面企业谁要？
