学术水平基本上年均一篇一区，三四篇二区。对学生认真负责，一周七天都会去办公室(而学生休周日)。改论文认真负责。最近有一次和我改文章到晚上11点。科研经费充足，基金可持续。师生关系很好，人很nice，给学生的劳务补助是化学学院最高之一。博士毕业一般都去普通高校了，硕士当老师的居多。这毕竟和北师的平台高度和就业导向有关。
